YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The Nagorno Karabakh Republic representatives to Armenia quoted Karabakh’s Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanian denying press publications alleging plans to send 500 armed people to Armenia to protect President Robert Kocharian. Ohanian found it necessary to reiterate that there are no armed people outside army structures in Karabakh. "Our front-line lies through Artsakh and not through Yerevan–therefore–I cannot allow similar movemen’s," said Ohanian.
