YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian met with Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Tamara Beruchashvili on April 16. The sides discussed regional problems and possibilities of peaceful settlement of the Abkhazian conflict. They also talked about the two countries’ efforts in the European direction–prospects of cooperation with the European Union and tasks and programs that can be realized within the framework of European integration.
Deputy Minister Beruchashvili led the Georgian delegation that took part in the Yerevan conference on information technologies.
