LOS ANGELES (Associated Press)–Director Atom Egoyan’s "Ararat" opened strongly in limited release–taking in $162,000 at five theaters for an impressive $32,400 average.
Estimated ticket sales are for Friday through Sunday at North American theaters–according to Exhibitor Relations Co. Inc. Final figures will be released late Monday.
