Originally from the US, Fr. Ktrij Devejian moved to Armenia 9 years ago. A licensed architect in the State of California, he also served in the administrations of California Governors George Deukmejian and Pete Wilson, in the Office of Criminal Justice Planning, advising on juvenile justice and delinquency prevention. He currently is the Foreign Communications Director for the Catholicosate of All Armenians and the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin as well as the pontifical representative for India.
