YEREVAN–The American University of Armenia (AUA) has received a grant of $400,000 from The Lincy Foundation, the university reported.
The AUA academic programs and activities supported by The Lincy Foundation over the past years comprise the backbone of the University.
This very important contribution to AUA will continue assisting the institution to rise to the next level of excellence in providing American-accredited higher education in Armenia. AUA research centers will continue to grow and develop, and be an increasingly essential part of the academic and service mission of AUA. They serve as a vital link to professional communities and as a locus for establishing linkages with other academic institutions, businesses, industry, governmental agencies, and non-governmental organizations.
