Azerbaijani President Gave National Address Publicly Praising Ethnic Cleansing of Armenians
WASHINGTON—Voicing the Armenian American community’s outrage over Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s most recent anti-Armenian rant, Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) Chairman Ken Hachikian has called upon President Barack Obama to publicly condemn the Azerbaijani leader’s renewed threats of war, exaltation of ethnic cleansing, claims to Armenian land, and renewed praise for unrepentant axe-murderer Ramil Safarov.
In a September 19th letter addressed to the President, Hachikian noted that a strong U.S. stand in response to Aliyev’s September 17th tirade can help “deter Baku from its announced intention to re-launch its war on Artsakh.” The full text of the ANCA letter is provided below.

Dear Mr. President:
I am writing to call upon you, in support of the vital role that U.S. leadership plays in the OSCE Minsk Group, to condemn Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s September 17, 2013, anti-Armenian tirade.
In these public remarks, President Aliyev threatens to renew his war on Nagorno Karabakh and extols the ethnic cleansing of Armenians from Baku, warning of Azerbaijan’s preparedness to repeat these atrocities. He claims essentially all of Armenia’s sovereign territory, including Yerevan, and he praises an unrepentant axe-murder who was pardoned by President Aliyev after his release from Hungary, where he was serving a life sentence for murdering Armenian officer Gurgen Margaryan in his sleep during a NATO peacekeeping program.
President Aliyev’s speech honoring Safarov, coming as it does after the public praise, military promotion, and financial payments he received from Baku in the months following his release last year, represents a serious setback to the peace process. His remarks are all the more offensive in light of the White House’s statement of August 31, 2012, expressing your deep concern and disappointment over President Aliyev’s decision to pardon Ramil Safarov. It is in this spirit, and in the hope that a strong U.S. stand may deter Baku from its announced intention to relaunch its war on Artsakh, that we ask you to clearly condemn President Aliyev’s incendiary diatribe.
In closing, we would also like to take this opportunity to extend, once again, our willingness to work with your Administration to invite the broad-based leadership of our community to meet with you to discuss your Administration’s policies on this matter, your pledge to recognize the Armenian Genocide, and the full range of Armenian American concerns.

First and foremost, Azerbaijani nation is a fabricated nation and the so-called republic of Azerbaijan is an artificial state which never existed in the history of mankind. It was artificially created by a genocidal Turkish tribe from Mongolia in 1918 for two reasons: To have a foothold in the South Caucasus, as part of Pan-Turanian plan, to wipe Armenia off the map after committing genocide on them in Western Armenia and confiscating a major part of their historical homeland. The other reason was to have control over the Baku oil fields.
I read the remarks made by Ilham Aliyev, the draft-dodging coward and the fake leader of the artificial Azerbaijani state, and it is quite clear this gutless and spineless nomad is really itching for it and we must oblige. We all must have two axes ready and sharpen them every day, one for this coward and the other for the homo Safarov. Lucky is the one who will have the honor of putting these axes to work.
To all Armenians out there: If you ever come across any brainwashed Azerbaijani who makes similar remarks as his spineless chicken-hawk fake president, do not hesitate to cut his tongue out.

President Obama should condemn loud and clear Aliyev’s Anti-Armenian attacks, the ethnic cleansing of Armenians from Baku, warnings of Azerbaijan’s preparedness to repeat these atrocities, his claims of Armenia’s sovereign territory, including Yerevan, and his praise an unrepentant axe-murder who was pardoned by him after his release from Hungary, where he was serving a life sentence for murdering Armenian officer Gurgen Margaryan in his sleep during a NATO peacekeeping program. President Obama can’t let any room for doubt to Aliyev his condemnation.
Ilham Aliyev, the coward oil sheikh of the artificial state of gas-station-istan, pardoned the spineless murderer Safarov not after his release from Hungary but after donkey Aliyev bribed the corrupt Hungarian officials and bought the axe murderer’s release for $3 billion dollars of oil money he stole from his people living in box carts and train stations.
God willing, they will both get a taste of their own medicines in downtown Stepanakert, the capital city of the free and independent republic of Artsakh.
President Obama will do nothing of the things as suggested by the contributors. Grand policy is not made by Obama, nor it is even thought out by him. His think tank of advisers pull his strings. Armenia does not feature as a key note in their agenda.
