VIENNA (Noyan Tapan)–A genocide symposium scheduled to take place in April in Vienna will not include the topic of the Armenian Genocide.
The symposium entitled "A Century of Genocide," will convene on April 14 and will address the Nazi Holocaust of the Jews–the genocides in Cambodia–Africa and the Balkans–but will not address the Armenian Genocide.
Armenian academicians or Armenian Genocide historians will not be among the invited experts who will address the symposium.
A similar conference in Stockholm was held last week–and Armenia and the Armenian Genocide were excluded from the proceedings.
