The Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF)–Western Region concluded its 42nd regional convention that took place at the Montebello Armenian Center over the weekend.
The convention convened on Friday and ran through Sunday evening. The body reviewed the two-year activity of the previous Central Committee of the ARF Western Region. Agenda items included community–ANC–PR–student and youth issues–as well as the state of Armenia–Mountainous Karabagh Republic–Javakhk–and the organization.
After detailed discussion and recommendations–the body passed corresponding resolutions on the above issues.
The last item on the agenda was the election of a new Central Committee; elected to the body were Hovig Saliba–Koko Topalian–Anahid Stepanian–Vahe Bozoian–Arto Keoleian–Avedik Izmirlian–Ara Khanjian–Harout Donoian–Hagop Tufenkian–Hrair Der Krikorian–and Dikran Sassounian.
