YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President Robert Kocharian issued a decree Friday relieving Rouben Shugarian of his duties of Armenia’s Ambassador to the United States.
By another decree the President appointed Arman Kirakossian Armenia’s Ambassador to the United States. Before his new appointment–Kirakossian served as Armenia’s Ambassador to Greece–and also as Armenia’s Ambassador to Cyprus–Croatia–Slovania–Yugoslavia and Albania.
