YEREVAN–The Presidents of Armenia and Russia will soon meet for talks on strengthening the political and economic ties between their two countries, Armenpress reported Monday.
The two spoke over the phone on Monday regarding development of political and economic relations between their two countries, agreeing to hold face-to-face talks in the near future, the President’s press office said.
During the call, President Dmitri Medvedev also briefed his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sarkisian on the April 2 G20 Summit in London and the decisions reached by the summit to combat the global economic crisis.
