MOSCOW (Noyan Tapan)–President of Russia Boris Yeltsin had a telephone conversation with President of Armenia Robert Kocharian Wednesday morning. The two presidents exchanged views on the Karabakh settlement. Boris Yeltsin reiterated Russia’s willingness to continue mediation in the Azeri-Armenian high-level dialogue–the Russian President’s Press Service reported.
