YEREVAN (Armenpress)–The Holy See of Etchmiadzin announced Thursday that the scheduled enthronement ceremonies for the newly-elected Catholicos Karekin II–planned for Sunday–have been postponed until further notice–following the assassination of Armenian Prime Minister Vazgen Sargsyan and other governmnet officials. The Catholicosate will announce a new date in the near future.
