STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–An OSCE inspection team monitored the Karabakh-Azeri front-line on September 27.
The monitoring on the Karabakh side was led by OSCE High-Planning Group Chief Colonel Jean Aumonierre and Coordinator of the OSCE Chairman in Office’s Personal Representative Imre Palatinus. Officials monitoring on both sides had a wireless contact during the observation mission.
No incidents were reported during the monitoring–which went off according to schedule. The OSCE team of inspectors was escorted by Karabakh Foreign Ministry and Defense officials.
