STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–The moral and psychological rehabilitation of the people of post-war Nagorno-Karabakh is essential in the republic. The Children’s Psychological Center in Stepanakert–which had not been in operation since the beginning of the year–resumed its activities over a month ago.
The psychologist Armida Badalova said that the center is continuing the implementation of a complex program of children’s examination and psychological rehabilitation and neutralization of the aftermath of the stresses they experienced. The program is implemented not only in Stepanakert but also in other regions. Specialists in different medical fields are working in the provinces.
