YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–"The Crying Swan is not a film–but a letter–a word of admiration said to the Armenian woman–the obedience and restraint of whom makes her a hero among all women in the world and forever," script-writer–poet Artashes Kazarian said at the presentation of the "Crying Swan" film.
He noted that the hero of the film ponders over the time–sin and its absolution–loneliness and–of course–love. The film tells about the inner world of a woman which finally finds herself. According to the poet–"the swan’s cry is a seeming cry–which is trying to come to rescue to the lost–tortured people and all those who cannot struggle with loneliness and hopelessness."
The film is based on pictures of Hrant Tadevossian. The film will be screened at the "Moscow" cinema theater.
