YEREVAN–The first international conference on Armenian studies will be held in Yerevan–September 15 to 20–with the participation of well-known Armenologists and linguists; the conference will focus on Armenian history–philology–philosophy–culture–and religion. Sessions will be at the National Academy of Sciences– Yerevan State University–and the Madenataran building. Heads of Armenian Studies organization are due to meet on September 20 to examine the coordination of various Armenian studies activities.
