YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–A meeting of CE ministers dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the adoption of the European Convention on Human Rights is being held in Rome from November 3-4. Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian is attending the meeting and is scheduled to hold meetings with his counterparts.
