In a presentation ceremony that took place during a special session of the Central Electoral Committee (CEC) of Nagorno-Karabagh–Arkady Ghoukassian received the Nagorno-Karabagh Presidency Certificate.
Inauguration ceremonies will be conducted on September 7. President Ghugasian was re-elected by a landslide–89% of total votes–in elections that took place on August 11.
