The Homenetmen Central Executive held its first full-board meeting in Cairo–Egypt October 18-21. During the three days–the body formulated Homenetmen’s 2003-2007 plan-of-action based on the decisions of the organization’s World Delegates’ Meeting held in Armenia this summer. Accordingly–the Central Executive set forth decisions on organizational–athletic and economic matters–its scouts–future meetings and conferences–its publication "Marzig," modernization of its website–and creation of a data base.
