STEPANAKERT (Armenpress)–The parliament of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Friday approved a draft constitution that will be put to a referendum later this year. This will be the first constitution of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. The draft text will be published by a local newspaper with circulation in order to facilitate broader public debate on the constitutional provisions.
