YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Arkady Ghoukassian held a meeting October 21 with Chief of General Staff of the Armenian Ministry of Defense–Lieutenant-General Mikael Haroutiunian. The sides discussed issues related to the planned exercise of the Karabakh Armed Forces as well as those of mutual interest.
Karabakh Minister of Defense–Major-General Seiran Oghanian also attended the meeting.
