WASHINGTON–In a letter to Bob Barsam–President of the Armenia Fund Inc. Executive Board–the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Public Affairs Representative Tevan Poghosian thanked the Armenia Fund for its role and efforts in the reconstruction process in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
In his letter–Poghosian has outlined the importance of the "Hayastan" All-Armenia Fund in the rebuilding process in Karabakh–and specifically the major role the Western Region Armenia Fund Inc. has played in realizing those projects.
