STEPANAKERT (Azg)–As of July 1–new taxes were imposed on all telephone calls in Nagorno-Karabakh. One minute of long distance will now cost 20 drams–increased from the previous 12 drams. The monthly basic user fee has also increased from 120 drams to 360 drams. Installation of the new telephone system will cost 18 thousand drams.
