YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President Robert Kocharian signed a decree on Monday relieving Gagik Martirossian of his duties as Armenia’s representative to Interstate Economic Committee of the CIS Economic Union.
Chief of Government Staff Shahen Karamanoukian was appointed member of the CIS Economic Council.
