YEREVANPresident Robert Kocharian awarded Armenian-American attorney Vahe Yacoubian the prestigious Mkhitar Gosh Award for his service to the country. The Los Angeles-based Yacoubian has been working in Armenia for years and has played an important role in Armenia’s international legal matters and as an advisor. For years, Yacoubian served as Executive Director of the Armenian National Committee of America, as well as a board member of the ANCA-Western Region.
