t YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Armenian President Robert Kocharian met with Nagorno-Karabakh Republic President Arkady Ghoukassian on November 30–the Armenian President’s Press Office reports. Ghoukassian just returned from his visit to the US–where he participated in the Armenia Fund Inc telethon 99–which raised funds for the construction of a South-North highway in Nagorno Karabakh.
