YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Acting President and Prime Minster Robert Kocharian met with Karabakh Foreign Minister Naira Melkoumian on Wednesday. The two mainly discussed the present stage of the Karabakh conflict settlement. Both stressed that resumption of talks is the only way to establish mutual understanding and peace.
