YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–National Democratic Union Leader Vazgen Manoukian said that the alliance with Russia was very important for Armenia–particularly–for the latter’s industry. Describing the recent Armenia-Russia agreement as a serious document–Manoukian emphasized that the agreement was not directed against a third country.
