YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The visit of the OSCE Chairman in Office–foreign minister of Norway Knut Vollebaek to Karabakh scheduled for April has been postponed because of the deteriorating situation in the Balkans–the Stepanakert-based OSCE office reports.
