WASHINGTON (Azg/Noyan Tapan)–Deputy Speaker of the US State Department Jim Foly announced on Thursday that a delegation of the OSCE Minsk group–including representatives of the US–France and Russia– will visit Karabakh–continuing negotiations based on the principles of the negotiating process.
Karabakh parliament secretary Emma Gabrielian received Tuesday Rafael Papayan–chairman of the parliamentary standing commission for science–education–culture and youth of Armenia.
The two discussed issues of close cooperation among relevant parliament commissions of both republics–exchange of experience and other issues of mutual interest.
They reached a preliminary agreement to run joint sessions of relevant parliament commissions.
