YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–A delegation led by Yegor Stroyev–Chairman of the Russian Federation Council (Upper House)–is to pay an official visit to Armenia on Thursday. Stroyev is scheduled to meet with Levon Ter-Petrosyan–Parliament Speaker Babken Ararktsian and Prime Minister Robert Kocharian. The guests will visit the Madenataran–St. Etchmiadzin–and the Dzidzernagapert Genocide Memorial.
The delegates will also meets with members of the Armenian parliament. Stroyev and Ararktsian will hold a joint press conference on Friday.
