YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Prime Minister Andranik Margarian has issued a decree appointing Slava Avanesian as his advisor–the government’s public relations department told Noyan Tapan.
Until recently Slava Avanesian was the Secretary of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Security Council. He was relieved of this post by the Karabakh President’s decree that was issued on October 2.
