STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–Nagorno-Karabakh Republic President Arkady Ghoukassian signed a decree February 3 approving a new structure of the Karabakh government.
In particular–the government structure will also include an information department to be headed by Alexander Grigorian.
